After you book

Non-Refundable Booking Policy

All bookings made for parking spaces through the Goparkk Platform are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking has been successfully completed, any subsequent cancellation by the user will not be eligible for a refund, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

Extenuating circumstances

While all parking space bookings are generally non-refundable, you may be eligible for a refund in exceptional cases involving extenuating circumstances. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, national emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that make it impossible or illegal to fulfill the booking. Any refunds granted under these conditions will be at the sole discretion of Parkobot and will be processed in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures.

Issues while you're arrived

Guests may be eligible for a refund if any of the following service-related issues occur:

Inability to Access the Parking Space

If the Guest is unable to access the booked parking space, for example, if the Host provided an incorrect or invalid Parkobot device key and cannot be reached to resolve the issue.

Unsafe or Unclean Parking Space

If the booked parking space is found to be unsafe or unsanitary upon arrival, including but not limited to hazardous conditions or unclean surroundings.

Malfunctioning Parkobot Device

If the Parkobot device provided at the parking space is not functioning properly, preventing the Guest from accessing or using the space as intended.

Refund requests for the above issues will be subject to verification by Parkobot and processed in accordance with the platform's refund policies. Guests must report such issues promptly to be eligible for consideration.
